Bookrest “Brenner”

Bookrest „Brenner“ Books connect people and cultures. This idea was the basis for the design of a bookrest by Vienna-based architect and designer Martin Mostböck. He named his design „Brenner“ – the famous mountain pass between Austria and Italy. For him, this pass symbolizes the transition from northern Europe to southern Europe. Accordingly the northern bookrest is made from Austrian marble and the southern bookrest from Italian Carrara-marble.
